Prices do not include the 6% State sales tax, 6% County bed tax, and a $275 cleaning fee. We reserve the right to add an additional charge if the house is left excessively dirty.
When you check in, with Adventures on the Gorge, firewood is available for purchase for $7 a bundle. Free delivery is available upon request.
The Paddle House is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following CDC and Health Department recommendations to keep you safe and healthy!
The Paddle House is best suited for groups of 10 or less. Refer to photos for floor plans.
- Minimum Stay – We reserve the right to change the minimum stay.
**Holiday Rates – Same as May 1st – October 20th – for Wednesday through Sunday of Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve through Jan 1st (minimum 2-night stay for Holidays)
Confirmation Policy – A 50% deposit is required within the first two weeks to reserve The Paddle House. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made greater than thirty (30) days from the arrival date receive a full refund less $50 per night. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days from the arrival date or result in a shortened stay, including late arrival or early departure, do not warrant any refund of rent. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the arrival date are 100% non-refundable, unless we rebook The Paddle House, then a full refund will be returned less a $50 processing fee.
