WEEKLY RATES
Weekly rates are available for 7-night stays and are calculated based on the applicable nightly rates for the dates of the reservation. Rates may vary depending on the season, day of the week, and holiday periods.
HOLIDAY RATES
Holiday rates apply during designated holiday periods. A minimum 2-night stay is required for holiday reservations.
ADDITIONAL FEES & TAXES
The rates listed above do not include:
- 6% State Sales Tax
- 6% County Bed Tax
- $275 Cleaning Fee
We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if The Paddle House is left excessively dirty or requires cleaning beyond normal turnover.
The Paddle House is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following CDC and Health Department recommendations to help keep our guests safe and healthy.
FIREWOOD
Firewood is available for purchase through Adventures on the Gorge at check-in for $9 per bundle.
OCCUPANCY
The Paddle House is best suited for groups of 10 guests or fewer.
Please refer to the photos and floor plans for additional information about the layout of the home.
Minimum Stay: We reserve the right to modify minimum-stay requirements based on availability and demand.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to reserve The Paddle House.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less than $50 per night.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date are 100% non-refundable.
Reservations resulting in a shortened stay, including late arrival or early departure, are not eligible for a refund of rent.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may be eligible for a refund if The Paddle House is successfully rebooked for the same dates. If rebooked, a full refund will be issued less a $50 processing fee.
